FCS conference system

The FCS discussion system consists of the "FCS-6051" control unit which can accept up to 10 chair microphones and 999 delegate microphones (on 3 ports)
The system is designed around a software that allows the choice of operation with different modes:

- Normal
- Chairman only
- Limited to a number of speakers
- FIFO
